Last updated 20 October 2026

We collect as little as we can, use it only to run the store, and never sell it.

Who is responsible

Funnelr, funnelr.shop, is responsible for your data. Contact: hello@funnelr.shop.

What we collect, and why

  • When you buy: your email, name, country and billing details are collected by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive your email and order details so we can deliver your files and help with your order. We never see your full card number. Basis: performing our contract with you.
  • Order emails: we email your download link after purchase, and again if you ask for it. Basis: contract.
  • No More Excuses: launch your idea now: if you ask for it, we store your email address, the date, the form you used and your country (estimated from your connection), send it to you, and may occasionally email you about Funnelr. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Basis: consent.
  • Checkout reminder: if you gave us your email for the free gift and then start a checkout on the same device without finishing it, we may send you one reminder. We never email an address that was only typed into the payment form. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • Visit statistics: we count visits with cookieless statistics, kept on our own hosting: pages viewed, the site or campaign link you came from, the steps you took towards buying, country and device type. Visits are counted with an anonymous ID that changes every day, so you can’t be followed from one day to the next or across sites. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • Courses: if you take a course, we record which lessons you mark as done so you can pick up where you left off. Basis: contract.
  • Customer records: we keep a contact record for people who sign up or buy (name, email, country, what they bought and when, and notes we add when we help you), so we can support you and know who our customers are. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • Email delivery: for emails we send, we record whether they were delivered, opened or clicked, so we can stop emailing addresses that bounce or don’t want them. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • Fraud prevention: Stripe’s script runs at checkout to detect fraud, and may set cookies for that purpose. Basis: legitimate interest.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our own cookies remember your language and, if you signed up, let us link a checkout to your sign-up (for the one reminder above). Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention and, if you choose it, its saved-details service (Link).

Who processes data for us

  • Stripe: payments and receipts.
  • Cloudflare: hosting, storage and visit statistics.
  • Resend: sending emails.

Some of these providers are in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EU, it’s protected by the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Order and payment records: as long as we’re required to for tax and accounting (usually up to 7 years).
  • Download links: at least 12 months.
  • Sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@funnelr.shop and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your data-protection authority, for example the AEPD in Spain.

Children

Funnelr is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
