Refund Policy

Everything Funnelr sells comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t for you, you get your money back. No questions, no forms.

How to get a refund

• Email hello@funnelr.shop within 14 days of your purchase, from the address you paid with (or include it).
• Tell us which order or item, or just say “everything”.
• We refund to your original payment method, usually within one working day. Your bank may take 5–10 working days to show it.

What can be refunded

• Anything you bought: Funnelr lifetime access, Done-for-you setup and Launch call.
• Add-ons on their own. Items added at checkout or with a one-click offer after checkout can be refunded individually, without refunding the rest of your order.
• Duplicate or accidental purchases: always, even after 14 days. Just tell us.
• Files that don’t work: if a file won’t open or download, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

After a refund

Once an order is fully refunded, its download links stop working. Please delete any copies you downloaded.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, not instead of them. If you’re in the EU or UK, the 14-day guarantee is at least as generous as the cancellation right for digital purchases, and you don’t need to give a reason.

Before you dispute a charge

If something looks wrong on your statement, including a charge you don’t recognise, please email us first. We’ll fix it faster than a bank dispute can. The charge shows as LUMIFLO LLC.
