These terms apply when you buy from funnelr.shop. They’re written to be read. If anything is unclear, email hello@funnelr.shop.

1. Who we are

Funnelr sells software and digital files at funnelr.shop. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can reach us at hello@funnelr.shop.

2. What you’re buying

• Our products are software and digital files. Nothing is shipped. Any photos of printed or physical versions are mock-ups unless stated otherwise.
• Your files are on your download page straight after payment, and we email you the link.
• Your download page stays available for at least 12 months. If you lose the link, use “Lost this page?” on the download page or email us.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in USD. At checkout, Stripe may show you the equivalent in your local currency; the amount you confirm there is what you pay.
• One-off items are paid in full when you order; subscriptions and payment plans are charged as shown at checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

4. Add-ons and one-click offers

• Before you pay, you may be offered an add-on. It’s only included if you choose it.
• After buying, you may be offered other products on a one-off page. If you click “Yes, add it to my order”, we charge the card you just used for the price shown, without asking you to re-enter it. Nothing is charged if you decline or close the page.
• To make this possible, Stripe securely saves your card when you buy. We don’t use it for anything else, and we’ll ask Stripe to remove it on request.

4b. Subscriptions and payment plans

• Payment plans charge the amount shown at checkout on the same day each month (or year) for the number of payments shown, then stop by themselves. You keep the product once every payment is made. If a payment fails and isn’t made up, access to the product is paused until the plan is paid.
• You can update your card, see your invoices and cancel in the billing portal we link to. Stripe processes every payment.

5. Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print the files for your own use. Please don’t share your access, or share, resell, upload or republish them.

7. Refunds

Every product has a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy.

8. Liability

We work hard to make our products accurate and the downloads reliable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or any liability that can’t legally be limited.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and can bring a claim there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
